No one takes a ride of 100 miles to buy a beer. One simply takes to the nearest shop. Online presence is much the same. If no one sees you at first sight (i.e., on the first pages of search results), you are 100 miles away!

You had your website translated/localized for the Turkish audience. And you spent some money in this process. Now, you rightly expect a reasonable return on your new investment. Any return is possible only if your newly localized website is the nearby shop for the buyers, i.e., if it draws some targeted traffic from the Turkish audience.
