After the source material is translated there remains much work to do in order have such materials localized/adapted for the target language including:

Usually, translating a document leads to a constriction or an expansion in the target language that requires reformatting of the pages and re-aligning the layout to accommodate such expansion and constriction. 

Not infrequently, source documents contain numerous typefaces that may not be available in the target language. This means that if you do not have the same fonts for the target language as well, a subset of substitute fonts (such as Unicode Arial, Times, Verdana, etc.) will be used instead, and the original look and feel of the source document will be lost.  Turktrans offers font localization in order to deliver documents in exactly same look and feel as their original. 

Any graphics that contain descriptions, labels, etc need to be localized 
Table of contents, indexes, tables, etc. need to be re-generated.

All these works requires additional work that takes much time and effort on the part of the translator and/or DTP expert, and are best carried out by a translator with DTP skills.
